Robyn Joliat, CCHP

Robyn Joliat, CCHP, is the chief technology officer for the Reside brand portfolio, tasked with leading Reside’s innovation initiatives, creating and evaluating new concepts that explore emerging technologies, assessing the impact of technologies on the company’s business, and driving new strategies and product solutions. Robyn focuses on the connections and cross-functional delivery that will expand the portfolio’s financial strength, profitability, and operational productivity.
Before joining the Reside executive leadership team, Robyn served as the executive vice president of ABODA Global Housing Management (now ABODA by Reside), driving all company operations. At ABODA, she also held the roles of senior vice president of global services and vice president of global client services and new market development. In those roles, Robyn oversaw new growth markets, developed and managed a “best-in-class” global account management department, and was responsible for sourcing and building a comprehensive, fully vetted supply chain network of more than 425 global partners.
Prior to joining ABODA by Reside, Robyn made her mark in the corporate housing industry holding a variety of positions at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality. She was most notably responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of three regional call centers (located in the U.S., the U.K., and Singapore) and managed the brand’s Americas supply chain as vice president of global client solutions.
An innovative global housing leader with more than 26 years of experience in operations, revenue generation, supply chain, and product development, Robyn is a proven executive, having achieved profitable growth, global expansion, and strategic alliances.
Robyn is a proud Ohio native and holds a hospitality management degree from The Ohio State University. She is a long-term member of Executive Women International and the Corporate Housing Provider Association, holding her Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) certification and actively serving a three-year board term.
