Reside + Wyndham – Development Agreement
Reside has executed a 10-Year Development Agreement with Wyndham Hotels to source, secure, open and operate “Apartment-Style” multi-family units in the Top 25-50 markets in the US. Under the Agreement, the properties will be operated under “Reside, a Wyndham Residence” branding and will principally focus on new and to-be-built, highly-amenitized properties with between 200 – 300 apartment units, though other properties may fit the program (and we would be happy to discuss). In most cases, Reside will manage the properties pursuant to a ten-year Management Agreement. See “Reside + Wyndham Press Release” in the next Section.
Reside, a Wyndham Residence - Brand Specs and Requirements
Reside is currently seeking Class-A multifamily properties in the leading US markets as we grow our portfolio under the joint Reside/Wyndham branding. Ideally, we would be interested in managing entire buildings which offer at least 100+ units and amenities to include lobby, guest lounges, fitness area, pool (not required), game rooms and business centers. Reside has developed a comprehensive checklist for conforming properties as well as a full brand book and identity standards.
